Get to know Pain Management Specialist Dr. Neilson V. Tran, who serves patients in Mississippi. 

A fellowship-trained specialist in the field of pain management, Dr. Tran practices at 995 Robert Blvd, Slidell, LA 70458 and 952 Drinkwater Rd, Bay St Louis, MS 39520. 

Graduating summa cum laude from Loyola University, Dr. Tran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a minor in chemistry. He then graduated with his medical degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 2014, completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Ochsner Clinic Foundation in 2018, and completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of Illinois in Chicago in 2019.

As a testament to his success, the doctor is board-certified in both pain management and anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA). As the certifying body for anesthesiologists since 1938, the ABA is committed to partnering with physicians to advance lifelong learning and exceptional patient care. Its mission is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology and interventional/medical pain management.
