Get to know Pediatrician Dr. Tiffanie Santos, who serves patients in Newburgh, New York.

Dr. Santos is an experienced pediatrician working with the children of Newburgh, New York at Crystal Run Healthcare. She is passionate about her work and aims to promote quality care to her patients and their families.

Following children through the different stages of growth, Dr. Santos loves pediatrics because it is a time in the patient’s life that they are most impressionable. She is careful and patient during her examinations and works together with the parents to provide a healthier life to the young ones.

Academically, Dr. Santos received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. She attended the Ross University School of Medicine for her medical degree, and then pursued a residency in pediatrics at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital.

Board-certified in pediatrics, she is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). The mission of the ABP is to advance child health by certifying pediatricians who meet standards of excellence and are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends individuals be under pediatric care up to the age of 21. Pediatricians provide medical care to people ranging in age from newborns to young adults. They are trained to examine, diagnose, and treat children with a wide variety of injuries and illnesses through all of their developmental stages, as they grow and mature.
