  • Ibuprofen 800 mg concern?

Probably not, depending on whether you have a "strong stomach." It's a matter of protecting your stomach lining from erosion by ibuprofen or another NSAID (NonSteroidalAntiInflammatoryDrug) like Naprosyn, Aleve, Voltaren, etc. 800mg is the largest available oral dose of ibuprofen available--you need a little more protection than a small square of chocolate.
