Hi I'm Tera, a dedicated Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in delivering compassionate and holistic care. I serve all people, including adults, children, LGBTQIA+ communities, and veterans. My background includes working in various sectors such as the emergency department, home health, in a clinic with Veterans, with children and adolescents in a mental/behavioral facility and also in addiction medicine clinic.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and offer medication management alongside psychotherapy. My telehealth certification allows me to provide care remotely, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Additionally, I am well-versed in Veteran VA disability examinations.

Beyond these roles, I am committed to ongoing communication with patients and families, ensuring their care plans are clear and tailored to their needs. My training includes a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice and Psychiatry with various certifications that bolster my proficiency in patient care.
