Tara Kellogg, LMFT, CTP, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified telehealth practitioner, with over 25 years of clinical experience. . She specializes in individual and family counseling and has dedicated her career to family preservation and trauma-related stressors disorders. Tara is a nationally certified therapist for Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), as well as a Qualified Florida State Supervisor for MH and MFT interns. Tara has worked for 23 years as a supervisor at one of the leading providers in community mental health in the state of Florida, Chrysalis Health. Tara also works at a group practice, Lotus Counseling Center specializing in trauma treatment and runs her own consulting business. Tara is passionate about helping individuals make positive changes through examining realistic life balances and implementing sustainable self-care strategies. Tara is warm and supportive in her approach, and believes in the power of solution-focused and positive thoughts on overall emotional well-being. While Tara’s approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client, she maintains a strong dedication to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
