Tara Kellogg, LMFT, CTP, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and certified telehealth practitioner, with over 25 years of clinical experience. . Tara also works at a group practice, Lotus Counseling Center specializing in trauma treatment and runs her own consulting business. Tara is passionate about helping individuals make positive changes through examining realistic life balances and implementing sustainable self-care strategies.
