I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I specialize in working with adults & older teens (16+) experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship and anger mangement issues. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and pull from multiple theories when working with my clients. Theories I am passionate about include CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Attachment, Interpersonal, and Strengths-Based.
