Get to know Neurologist Dr. Lewis Alan Levy, who serves patients throughout the State of New York.

A board-certified neurologist, Dr. Levy is the founding member of Long Island Neurology Consultants, working with patients in Lynbrook and Hewlett, New York. He has a special interest in treatment of Tourette syndrome, migraines, dizziness and balance related problems, stroke, multiple sclerosis, movement disorders and neuromuscular disorders.

A lifetime resident of Long Island, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, and earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Nassau University Medical Center and his residency in neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

In pursuit of clinical excellence, the doctor is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). The ABPN is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to serving the professions of psychiatry and neurology.

An active member of the American Academy of Neurology, Dr. Levy serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. In the past, he was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center and State University of New York at Stony Brook.
