The mission of Fargo Moorhead Chiropractic and Wellness is to be the best chiropractic office in Fargo & to adjust, educate, and empower families in the community toward optimal health and wellness. Growing up in Bismarck, North Dakota, Courtney was diagnosed with scoliosis at an early age and began seeing a chiropractor where she quickly fell in love with the profession. This is what led her to pursue a career in chiropractic.

After graduating high school, she attended the University of North Dakota (Sioux yeah yeah) for undergrad, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology.

Through her schooling, Courtney has had a growing interest in the mom and baby world of chiropractic. She would like her focus to be on the care of families: pediatric patients along with prenatal and postnatal care.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with diagnosing and treating mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. Chiropractors use spinal adjustments, manipulation, and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo, and a long list of other ailments and conditions. For the pediatric side, some conditions that respond well to chiropractic: reflux, ear infections, colic, constipation, ADHD, asthma, bed wetting and growing pains. Chiropractors aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without medication or surgery.

In her free time, Courney enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with her cat, Maverick. She looks forward to helping the community!
