Sara Makary, DMD

11257 Alta Dr. Suite 101 Jacksonville FL, 32226

Dr. Sara Makary is a general dentist licensed in the state of Florida. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Psychology degree in 2010 and completed her dental degree from the University of Florida in 2014. Dr. Makary dedicated her early years in dentistry to serving in non-profit organizations, providing dental care to many of Jacksonville’s underserved communities. She also served as courtesy faculty with the University of Florida College of Dentistry and mentored graduating dentists during their extramural rotations over several years. She discovered early on that the true magic of dentistry lies in the daily interactions that take place in the treatment rooms. She decided to open Northpoint Dental to bring her passion for connecting with people to the Northpoint area, where she lives.

At Northpoint Dental, our mission is to connect with each patient to make dental care personal and accessible. We strive to establish ourselves as a community-focused family practice that will make an impact in the neighborhoods we serve.

Our vision is to provide uncommon dental care — we will be as focused on the person in the dentist's chair as we are on their unique smile. We hope to build this trust among our patients early on and we will remain true to that vision.
