Get to know Family Nurse Practitioner Jessica King, who serves patients in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Jessica is a board certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for caring for others during their most vulnerable times of need. She works with Midas Touch Wellness /CRC Physiatry in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

In affiliation with several professional organizations, she is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Throughout her academic career, Jessica graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2022. 

Board certified in neuromuscular medicine, pain medicine, and sports medicine, she is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by advancing the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation. This is accomplished through a process of initial and continuing certification that fosters professional excellence and a culture of life-long learning.

Moreover, Jessica is board certified in geriatrics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS). The ABPTS is the organization responsible for certifying clinical specialists in physical therapy in the United States.

A Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) holds board certification and provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems. FNPs maintain patient records, perform physical exams, order or perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, as well as treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries that fall under primary care.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys painting. Her favorite place to vacation is in Hawaii, and her favorite professional publication is the Waiting Room Magazine.
