I'm a compassionate mental health professional committed to providing evening virtual counseling services to clients of all ages. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, chronic illness, grief, trauma, neurodivergent issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, or any other mental health concerns, I am here to support you every step of the way. As a neurodiversity-affirming counselor, I welcome clients to a space where differences are embraced and celebrated. I work to empower neurodivergent clients on their path to self-discovery and holistic well-being. 

I'm a former special education teacher and current school counselor, helps children and teens strengthen their emotional health by using Geek Therapeutic techniques to remove barriers and enable growth.

Living with chronic illness is tough. Managing symptoms, appointments, medications, and daily activities is a constant battle. It can be challenging to explain to others the toll it takes on your body and mind. But you are not alone. I can help you manage the challenges presented by chronic illness.
