Get to know Chiropractor Dr. Christopher Holze, who serves patients in Elgin, Illinois.

A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Holze works alongside his father at Holze Wellness Center in Elgin, Illinois.

Since 2002, he has been delivering chiropractic services and natural care therapies to numerous patients. His expertise lies in crafting personalized health care programs designed to meet the unique needs of individuals from birth through the golden years.

“I believe in promoting the health and well being of athletes, children and family through all that life has to offer. Building long term relationships with my patients while listening to their concerns is an important part of their journey to wellness. We utilize the most advanced technologies that we have personally evaluated and approved for our patients. Education is an important part of our time together, sharing information on prevention, proper nutrition and maintaining an active lifestyle in order for you, our patient, to be in control of your own health. Our office provides a safe and friendly environment where we respect each other and those who visit us. Most of the patients that we treat have very complex and chronic health issues that have not been resolved with traditional medical care” expresses Dr. Holze.

Attending Gustavus Adolphus College, he pursued pre-professional courses and played collegiate soccer, earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology in 1998. Prior to attending chiropractic school at Logan College of Chiropractic in Missouri, he underwent training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

During his time at Logan, Dr. Holze served as a Gross Anatomy tutor, aiding fellow students in understanding the intricacies of human anatomy. He furthered his education with 100 hours of postgraduate work in Applied Kinesiology. Graduating in 2002, he received his Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Holding certifications, Dr. Holze has received training in various techniques, including Dr. John Brimhall’s 6-Steps to Wellness, Bionetics, QNRT (Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy), Erchonia Cold Laser Therapies/LLLT, N.E.T. (Neuro Emotional Technique), N.L.P. (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Emotional CPR, Emotox for allergies, and Activator.

Active in professional circles, Dr. Holze is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the Illinois Chiropractic Society, the Elgin Chamber of Commerce, and The Better Business Bureau.

Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine that mainly deals with the diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine. A chiropractor uses spinal adjustments, manipulation, homeopathy, nutrition, detoxification and other techniques to manage patients’ health concerns, including neck pain, back pain, headaches, vertigo and a long list of other ailments and conditions. They aim to improve patients’ functionality and quality of life by properly aligning the body’s musculoskeletal structure and enabling the body to heal itself naturally, without the use of medication or surgery. 

On a more personal note, Dr. Holze has a son named Brecken, a daughter named Savannah, and a Portuguese water dog named Indie.
