Caroline Curtiss RD, CSO, LD, practices medical nutrition therapy in Fort Worth, TX. She is a graduate of Baylor University and the Medical City Healthcare dietetic internship program. She has practiced as a registered dietitian for over 10 years and has worked at several facilities across the metroplex including, Baylor Scott & White, UT Southwestern, Parkland Health and Medical City. Currently, Caroline is the clinical nutrition supervisor of the dietitians at Medical City Fort Worth and Medical City Weatherford. She specializes in the treatment of adult oncology and acute care patients. As a registered dietitian, she assesses patients, and works with the inpatient medical team to provide optimal medical nutrition therapy for her patients. In addition to patient care, Caroline has and continues to precept dietetic interns from the UT Southwestern, Texas Christian University and Medical City Healthcare dietetic internship programs.
