About

As an Internal Medicine physician certified by American Board of Internal Medicine, I bring a wealth of experience in treating patients over the age of 18 in various healthcare settings. I have experience working at large healthcare systems such as NYU Langone in NYC treating severely-ill patients as well as outpatient clinics providing routine preventative and primary care.

In addition to clinical work, I am also well-versed in clinical research with a goal to improve medical care in general. My work is especially focused on precision medicine and individualized approach to treatment.  I am also very interested in learning why South Asians have an importionate risk of cardiovascular disease. I provide a truly comprehensive care which is evidence-based, prevention focused, and compassionate.

Delivering Personalized, Evidence-Based Care Directly to Patients’ Doorsteps

MedRedefined is revolutionizing the healthcare experience by bringing high-quality, evidence-based medical care directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. Founded by Dr. Manila Jindal, a board-certified internist with extensive experience, MedRedefined aims to transform traditional healthcare into a more personalized, accessible, and convenient model.

Understanding that health is best managed in a calm and familiar environment, her philosophy centers around comprehensive house calls that include thorough physical examinations and in-home blood testing. This innovative approach not only ensures precise diagnoses but also allows for tailored treatment plans that cater to each patient’s unique needs. MedRedefined offers a wide range of medical services, including primary care, urgent care, medication management, multi-specialist care coordination, and IV vitamin therapy, among others.

“Healthcare should not be confined to an office,” says Dr. Jindal. “By expanding our services to patients’ homes, we can provide a more comfortable and personalized experience. We focus on listening to our patients, which is crucial for developing individualized care strategies.”

MedRedefined distinguishes itself by seamlessly coordinating care with primary care providers and specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive and continuous healthcare for patients. This patient-centered approach is pivotal in meeting the unique challenges faced by individuals in today’s fast-paced world.

With an impressive educational background, Dr. Jindal earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University and her medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. With a residency completed at Howard University Hospital and specialization training through the AHA Cardiometabolic Program at NYU Langone Medical Center, she has gained extensive experience treating patients across Central and Eastern Long Island.

In addition to her clinical work, she is deeply committed to clinical research, aiming to enhance medical care through precision medicine and individualized treatment strategies. Her research interests include the increased risk of cardiovascular diseases in South Asians, an area she has explored as the lead post-doctoral research fellow in the CHORD clinical trial at NYU, where she received an Excellence in Research Award.

Now residing in Northport, New York, Dr. Jindal is eager to enhance the healthcare experience for her community through MedRedefined, ensuring that patients receive the high-quality care they deserve without the stress of traditional healthcare settings.
