What should be done to my elbow?
Hi! Apparently it looks like a bursitis. Go to the Worker's Comp clinic, you need a radiograph to be sure you didn't suffer a small fracture in the bony tip of the elbow andor have arthritic changes. You may require aspiration of the elbow, antiinflammatory, and physical therapy. Once the fluid is taken out you will start to feel relief. For now, totally avoid doing biceps curls or any exercise that strains more the elbow. Don't delay your right of receiving treatment through Worker's Comp.
