Arthur’s extensive qualifications include being a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist/NLP, Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist, and National Certified Counselor. In addition to his practice at Restorative Empathy Counseling Services, he also provides services at Healing with Grace Counseling Center in Henderson, Nevada offering both in-person and online sessions. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Las Vegas from the age of eight, Arthur’s journey into mental health began after he was honorably discharged from the United States Navy, where he served as a Navy Corpsman from 2011 to 2016. His military background instilled in him a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma and resilience. Following his service, he pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Services from Penn State Altoona and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was recognized as part of the Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, Arthur has been awarded the 2024 “Excellence in Clinical Counseling” by Best in Nevada Magazine. He is also board certified in Hypnotherapy by the National Guild of Hypnotists, in Parts and Memory Therapy by the International Parts and Memory Association, and trained in EMDR by the Institute for Creative Mindfulness, further enhancing his ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

Arthur emphasizes the importance of creating a judgment-free space for clients to explore their mental health. “I am here to help,” he states. “Anyone seeking assistance in bettering themselves deserves a safe space to express themselves. My focus is on making the client comfortable with themselves and the process of growth.”

Outside of his professional endeavors, Arthur enjoys yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—where he holds a purple belt—and spending quality time with his dogs.
