Get to know Neurologist Dr. Jean Daniel Francois, who serves patients in Brooklyn, New York.

A top-rated neurologist, Dr. Francois is an attending physician within the Department of Neurology at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center.

Beginning his professional pursuits at the New York Medical College, Dr. Francois went on to further his training with a residency in neurology at SUNY-Downstate Health Science Center.

In addition to seeing patients at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, he is the Medical Director of Bronx Medical Health Service, and Medical Director of Integral Medical Practice, PC.

Teaching students, Dr. Francois serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at SUNY Health Science Center.

Neurology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the nervous system. Neurologists are licensed medical specialists who diagnose and treat disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles of patients. They examine a patient’s mental and physical status, conduct medical tests and scans, and evaluate the results to diagnose and treat the patient.
