Originally from Allentown, Pennsylvania, Dr. Chisdak’s journey into the realm of dentistry was ignited by familial influence and nurtured by the mentorship of a revered local oral surgeon. His academic odyssey commenced at Northwestern University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Fuelled by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, he embarked on a transformative educational voyage, earning his dental degree at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania before graduating with his medical degree from the University of Nebraska.

After completing his residency at the University of Nebraska and finding solace in the Montana landscape, he began practicing in Billings and then in Bozeman, where he now enjoys the surroundings with his wife, an obstetrician, and their two children.

Board-certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and armed with certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Dr. Chisdak is an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, epitomizing his unwavering commitment to upholding the highest standards of clinical excellence. 

Beyond the confines of his clinical endeavors, he assumes the mantle of leadership as the Director of the esteemed Blue Ribbon Seminars dental study group. Committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation, he spearheads initiatives aimed at providing fellow practitioners with cutting-edge insights into the ever-evolving landscape of dental science and technology.
