Born and raised in Guatemala, Dr. Kiesling received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2002 at Francisco Marroquín University, also known as UFM, a private, secular university in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Upon relocating to the United States, she completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (2005-2006).

Paediatric dentistry encompasses many aspects of general dentistry and specialist skills in the care of infants, children and adolescents. As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Calderon Kiesling takes care of a child’s teeth, gums and mouth. Children can face dental problems like tooth decay and gum disease without proper care.
