Moreover, he is board-certified in facial plastic surgery by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, which was established in 1986 to improve the quality of medical and surgical treatment available to the public by examining for professional expertise in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Achieving fellowship status, Dr. Escudero is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (FAAFPRS).

In his professional experience, he performs surgery at many quality surgical centers throughout Albuquerque, including the University of New Mexico Outpatient Surgery and Imaging Services, and Presbyterian Rust and Sandia Surgery Center.
