After completing his high school and college education, he embarked on his medical journey at St. George’s University School of Medicine, graduating in 1995. His dedication to comprehensive patient care led him to pursue a diverse range of training experiences. Following a year in general surgery, he honed his expertise during a three-year residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University in Philadelphia. This encompassed a broad spectrum of medical disciplines, including musculoskeletal, sports, rheumatological, neurological, and electro diagnostic medicine.
Seeking specialization in pain management, Dr. Lepis undertook a fellowship at the Mid Atlantic Pain Institute under the mentorship of Dr. Frank Falco, a nationally renowned pain specialist and past president of The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Remaining with Mid Atlantic Pain Institute for an additional three years allowed Dr. Lepis to further expand his knowledge and technical proficiency.
In 2002, he returned to Wall Township, NJ, where he realized his vision by establishing Comprehensive Pain Management and Regenerative Medicine—a state-of-the-art treatment facility designed to address the complex needs of his patients. His dedication to excellence is highlighted by his certification in the field of Age Management from Cenegenics, a globally recognized leader in anti-aging and performance health management.
Following his training, the doctor attained board certification in pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R).
