Dr. Farella began her academic journey at Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1991. She continued her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica, and graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 1995. Driven by her passion for pediatric care, she completed her residency in Pediatrics at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, where she served as Chief Resident in 1999.
She brings her exceptional, experience, and compassion to children, teens, and parents every day. She makes sure that each family receives the best care available, whether it’s through traditional, alternative or natural medicine. And she focuses on preventive care to save patients and their child suffering and money in the future. As a pediatrician, she sees children from the cradle to college.
