Get to know Family Practitioner Dr. Randolph R. Betts, who serves the population of California.

Dr. Randolph R. Betts is a Family Practitioner currently practicing with Evergreen Medical Services Inc. and is affiliated with Citrus Valley Health Partners.

Citrus Valley Health Partners (CVHP) is a family of hospitals and a hospice that serves nearly one million residents in the East San Gabriel Valley. Their four locations offer comprehensive health care services, guided by our mission, to keep people well in body, mind, and spirit.

Dr. Betts graduated with his medical degree from the University of the East in the Philippines in 1962, giving him over six decades of expertise in the medical field. After relocating to the United States, he completed his internship with the California Hospital Medical Center, followed by his residency with the Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center.

Dr. Betts is tr-lingual and is fluent in Spanish, Filipino, and English.

In 2008 and 2009 Dr. Betts was awarded the Patients’ Choice Award. His patients have excellent experiences with him, one stating, “Dr. Betts is our family doctor. He is very willing to answer any questions. He calls back right away if there are any problems. Walk-ins are seen daily and it’s quick to make an appointment with him. He’s very flexible and easy to talk to. We love Dr. Betts.”
