What treatment plan have you tried, or are currently trying?

My breast cancer was in 2016, I had surgery, and then was told that it was Triple Negative. The best option was for BOTH Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy.

I was signed off work by my GP, as I could not cope with the travel (by bus/ friends) and my job was in retail, (heavy lifting was involved).

Who and what has been the greatest help to you during treatment?

I would say that there wasn't really one person, a lot of the time I was doing it on my own. I did get some help, the breast care team at the hospital tried to explain things, neighbor's shopped, friends did sometimes collect me after the chemo, and I did ring a local helpline when I was particularly stressed!
