Describe what happens to you when you are exposed to gluten.
If I get poisoned by gluten accidentally (usualily at a friend‘s house), I have uncontrollable diarrhea for 48 hours. I have abdominal cramping that causes me to double over and have a horrific headache.
What do you do to prevent cross-contamination?
We use separate pots and pans at home for gluten-free cooking. I never personally touch gluten containing products. We have separate butter, toasters and jellies for gluten-free products.
