Diabetes

I am a 56 year old woman who was diagnosed with diabetes 5 years ago. I had gained weight over the years but was still active and exercised almost every day which is why this was such a surprise.

I have 2 daughters and a husband who also has Adult Onset Diabetes. I work full time plus a side job on the weekends. LIfe is busy---too busy and I wasn't taking care of myself well.

I hope you can relate to my blog and readers will comment and ask questions or even create their own Health Journey.
