What symptoms led up to your diagnosis?

I had a severe flu attack, over 20 years ago, that never improved. Absolute exhaustion, brain fog and fatigue

What tests did your doctor do, and what was this experience like?

Full range of blood tests, done twice in 3 months. Everything came back as healthy. I didn't feel healthy, struggled to survive my job and life. Became extremely depressed and frustrated

Upon learning about your diagnosis- what happened next?

I was told, I needed to join a Rambling (walking) group and get myself a boyfriend, to get out more. My depression diagnosis, after confiding to my Dr that I'd felt like driving my car into a brick walk at high speed, in the hope I'd die...... I needed to eat more oranges as I must be lacking Vitamin C
