How Your Life Has Changed with Fibromyalgia

Do you feel like fibromyalgia has changed you as a person?

I get depressed very easily, where I was happy go lucky before... I also get in bad moods more often.

Has fibro limited your physical activities? How?

I can't do ordinary things without pacing myself like cleaning house, putting out wash, or walking. Even showering hurts most days. I have to split my days to stop me getting exhausted. I get so tired and and feel such pain some days I just have to stay in bed to recover. Stress of any kind brings on a flare up.
