Coping With The Physical Changes From Ovarian Cancer

What effect has your ovarian cancer treatment had on you, both physically and mentally?

The chemo was really hard. I had a lot of nausea/vomiting, my bones ached, and my energy level was completely wiped out.

How did losing your hair affect your self esteem? How did you accept this change?

I didn't worry about my hair loss. Before I started my first chemo treatment, I bought several different head wraps and a couple wigs. It has never bothered me, because now I can really change my looks just by changing my wigs!
