I was diagnosed with anemia. How quickly can anemia be fixed?

This is another general question that depends on the etiology of anemia. Acute blood loss anemia can be fixed rapidly with blood transfusion when the etiology of bleeding resolves(like Gastric Ulcer bleeding which will be corrected post-endoscopic repair). There are multiple other causes of anemia with different underline etiology which may take longer to be corrected.
