Pertaining to his educational background, Dr. Fagelman earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Muhlenberg College in 1995. Four years later, in 1999, he obtained his medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in New York. As for his training, he completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. During this time, he did extensive research into the clinical efficacy of sildenafil.

Recognized for his excellence in the field, he has received several honors and awards, including Critical Care Resident Physician of the Year. His patients have excellent things to say about him, one stating “Dr. Fagelman took his time to listen to my concerns and answered every question I had in full detail.
