Graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Dental Sciences and Research Amritsar in India, Dr. Singh relocated to the United States to further his training. Once there, he completed his postdoctoral residency in dental public health at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York, New York.
