Dr. Zarrabi co-founded Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics, which has expanded access to affordable, high-quality dental care for children and families throughout several Texas regions. 

Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to high-end dental care regardless of means, status, or location. Its mission is “to Give Every Family the KEY to Access High-End Dental Care”.

As CEO, Dr. Zarrabi has guided the pediatric-friendly brand through significant expansion. With Rodeo, he has engineered the successful launch of more than 40 large group dental practice locations.

A leader of practice culture since its inception, Dr. Zarrabi was named an Entrepreneur of Excellence Winner in 2019 by Fort Worth Inc., and in 2021, Rodeo Dental was named as a Certified B-Corp for its mission-driven company culture. 

Academically, Dr. Zarrabi graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 2005. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2008.

Involved with multiple professional dental organizations, including the CAMBRA Coalition, the Crown Council, as well as membership in the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Dr. Zarrabi remains current on technology, science, and methodology. His Board Seat assignments on the Pacific Dugoni Foundation Executive Committee and the Board of the National CAMBRA Coalition reflects his commitment to the field of dentistry.

Among his professional dental affiliations, Dr. Zarrabi is an active member of the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Texas Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
