Dr. William H. Nealon, who joined Northwell in 2016, is a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes surgeons, radiation and medical oncologists, geneticists, and other experts. Together, they work to develop individualized treatment regimens for patients throughout the health system. His group collaborates with researchers to create ground-breaking clinical trials. He is especially committed to quality, continually evaluating surgical results within the healthcare system and looking for innovative methods to improve them. Dr. Nealon has co-directed The Pancreas Club, an international society, written more than 100 peer-reviewed articles, and he has delivered more than 50 speeches in his area of expertise.
