Back in the early days of his academic career, Dr. Tsing earned his Bachelor’s degree in Acupuncture at the Hong Kong Practitioners of Chinese Medicine Research. He earned his doctorate in Oriental Medicine at the prestigious Chinese Acupuncture Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan, and received his Master’s degree at the Institute of Chinese Medicine of China Academy. Additionally, he holds a Master of Palpitation degree trained by Dr. Chang Wei Yen, earned at the Chen Tai Chinese Medical Research Center.
Following his training, the doctor received certification by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (NCCA) and the Council College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
In his professional experience, he practiced and trained for 6 years at the Oriental Medicine at the Chinese Acupuncture Hospital under the “Godfather of Acupuncture”, Dr. Wu Wei Pan. He also travels on missions, providing free clinics, food distribution, and shelters to countries globally including: African tribal communities, South America, Asia, Iran, Afghanistan, and Jordan.

It is a technique in which thin needles are inserted into the body and in some cases, electro-stimulation is applied to gently stimulate particular regions of the body.
