Get to know Family Physician Dr. Ivana Paz, who serves patients in Florida.

Dr. Paz is a board-certified family physician with Millennium Physician Group – Naples Primary-Care. She joins a team of physicians, advanced providers, and staff who lead the nation in the quality of care they deliver. 

Patients’ primary partner in health, Dr. Paz is an expert in preventive care and patient-centered services proven to improve patient outcomes. Her clinical interests include women’s health, wellness, preventative care, and lifestyle changes.

The doctor’s acclaimed career in medicine began after she earned her medical degree from the  American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Sint Maarten in 2007. She then relocated to the United States, performing her residency in family medicine at York Hospital in Pennsylvania from 2009 until 2012.

Board-certified in family medicine, Dr. Paz is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). The ABFM is a non-profit, independent medical association of American physicians who practice in family medicine and its sub-specialties.

Family medicine is a medical specialty devoted to comprehensive health care for people of all ages. The specialist is called a family physician or family doctor. A family physician is often the first person a patient sees when seeking healthcare services. They examine and treat patients with a wide range of conditions and refer those with serious ailments to a specialist or appropriate facility.

Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Paz enjoys traveling, reading, sailing, and running. She speaks multiple languages, including English, Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian.
