He completed his undergraduate training at Columbia College in NYC, and then spent 9 years in basic science research in Neuroscience. He earned a Masters in Neuroscience at NYU in the mathematical basis of primary visual cortical processing. He attended NY Medical College, completed residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore and Albert Einstein Medical Center in NY. He is a Fellow of the American College of Medicine, and has 30 years of unblemished patient-care experience to supplement his administrative career.
