Welcome, I’m Sabra! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and EMDR Certified Therapist. I specialize in treating PTSD by integrating evidence-based EMDR and energy psychology into my work. With a compassionate approach and over two decades of experience in mental health counseling, I've had the privilege of guiding adults and couples towards better mental well-being. My journey began as a Crisis Intervention Caseworker for Catholic Social Services, where I supported clients and their families through personalized counseling and services aimed at helping them navigate life's challenges with empathy and understanding. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings including employment assistance programs, schools, inpatient, and outpatient services.

I believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, which is why I've always prioritized thorough assessments, clear diagnoses, and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique story. I am a certified EMDR therapist and also work with energy psychology. I've continually refined my practice to offer you the best support possible. As an EMDR therapist and intuitive holistic counselor, I believe we heal from the inside out. I’m passionate about helping clients release traumatic experiences from their body and minds.
