I've been going to Dr. Paula for many years for my eye exam and contact lens. But recently I went for my annual eye exam and ordered my contacts for astigmatism with color. Well the office did not have any samples for me to try so I went ahead and ordered the color contact lens which was recommended to me. However, when the lens came in for me to pick up the color was not what I expected. I returned the unused lens and wanted a refund which was told to me that a refund check would be mailed out to me. But the next day the office staff called me to say that the Dr. Paula Renee Newsome would not approve the refund from the contact lens. Well I went back to the office to meet with Paula and she refused to meet with me. I waited several hours to meet with her hoping that we could come to a solution. After waiting and waiting I was told that Paula was at lunch and was not going to meet with me. I am very disappointed with the way Dr. Paula handled my delicate situation. I will never go back to her.
