Dr. Kadison is an internist serving Aspen and the surrounding communities. She owns Kadison Medical Group, a practice dedicated to helping patients with any medical issue, but she is especially interested in cardiovascular and cancer disease screening & prevention, the special needs of cancer survivors, exercise & high-altitude physiology, and autoimmune/rheumatologic disease. 

Dr. Kadison earned her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 1983. She went on to complete an internship and residency in internal medicine at Duke and studied Rheumatology before moving to Boston, MA in 1987 where she completed Medical Oncology Fellowships at Harvard. 

Dr. Kadison is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). She also was board-certified in Medical Oncology.  

Internal Medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Internists establish long-term relationships with their patients and incorporate disease prevention and mental health care into their practice. 

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Dr. Kadison has treated thousands of patients. She currently serves as an assistant clinical professor with the University of Colorado Department of Medicine and is on staff at Aspen Valley Hospital.
