Most of the bronchitis are due to a virus, and do not need antibiotics. You need treatment based on symptoms, something for cough/mucus (many available over the counter). Sometimes, if wheezing or so, you might need inhalers (prescribed). If you're a smoker, you might need antibiotics though, and sometimes oral cortisone. Some people need oxygen. Your ordering physician should explain these results to you. A low GFR can indicate kidney disease, whether a new one, or an old one.
