We do not treat primary care issues sorry. Aesthetics only.
I recommend getting seen/examined by a physician if this is new to you. Many start having migraines at the age of 17, but we need to make sure it's nothing more.
Please get evaluated by an optometrist for your left eye strain.
Please get evaluated by your primary care provider for your headache and lip twitching.
For at home remedies to help with headache pain relief please take over the counter Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs such as ibuprofen. You can also take over the counter migraine relief medication which contains the following active ingredients: Acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine; however limit use of such a medication to less than 10 days per month to avoid medication-overuse headache. An example of such a medication would be Excedrin migraine.
At home remedies you can try to prevent headaches are good sleep hygiene, exercise regularly, maintain a routine meal schedule and have adequate fluid intake. Getting sufficient sleep along with keeping relatively constant bedtime and wake-up times on weekdays and weekends are particularly important to help prevent headaches. Increased daily water intake has been associated with reduced headache severity. Fasting or skipping meals is a headache trigger and should be avoided.
