It depends on the actual diagnosis. Heal pain can either be Achilles tendinitis or it could be plantar fasciitis. I preferred to inject plantar fasciitis with either Cortizone or PRP I prefer to use therapeutic modalities for Achilles tenonitis or PRP injection. READ MORE
