John V. M. McGrath, MD, recently retired after a 49 year career working at Rockyview General Hospital, among others. Rockyview provides services to people of Calgary and Southern Alberta. Known for its leadership in Canadian urological care, Dr. McGrath put in his services there from 1960-2009 before retiring. Coming from a third-generation physician family, Dr. McGrath specialized in care of pregnant and non-pregnant women, and issues of infertility and high-risk obstetrics. He also spends time lecturing up-and-coming residents in Calgary.
