Vaughan Poutawer, MBChB holds a private practice at Grace Orthopaedic Centre based in the Bay of Plenty, a region of northern New Zealand. Dr. Poutawer also works with a public practice at Tauranga Hospital and even operates and consults at Whakatane Hospital, both of which are located in the Bay of Plenty. Dr. Poutawer specializes in a broad range of orthopaedics including, but not limited to, general and trauma orthopaedic surgery, as well as having a vested interest in hip and knee surgical procedures. A member of the New Zealand Medical Assistance Team, the doctor volunteers often in the Pacific Islands and lectures around the globe.
