Neil M. Borden, MD, will be joining the faculty at the University of Pittsburgh where he will be Associate Professor of Radiology. Dr. Borden specializes in the practice of Neuroradiology. He was educated at the Medical College of Georgia, School of Medicine in Augusta Georgia. He completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident in his last year, completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Neurological Institute of New York at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and a fellowship in Interventional Neuroradiology (Endovascular Neurosurgery) at the Barrow Neurological Institute, in Phoenix Arizona. He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology, a member of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology, a member of the American Society of Functional Neuroradiology, a member of the American Society of Head and Neck Radiology, the American College of Radiology and the American Roentgen Ray Society. Dr. Borden is committed to the education of trainees in Radiology and in life-long learning. Authoring textbooks helps him in both endeavors.
