Born in Vidalia, Georgia and raised in Southwest Atlanta, Dr. Locke III completed his undergraduate studies at Princeton University. Subsequently, he pursued his Medical Degree from the Howard University College of Medicine, where he undertook his internship, and underwent residency training at George Washington University. 

Although board certification is not a guarantee of competency, Dr. Locke has accomplished this level of proficiency in 3 different specialties – internal medicine, emergency medicine, and aesthetics. Furthermore, he is certified as a Medical Review Officer.

Among his professional affiliations, Dr. Locke III is a member of the American Society of Cosmetic Physicians, the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Over the past decade, Dr. Locke III has redirected his attention away from the conventional insurance billing model, focusing instead on pioneering services not covered by insurance. In this approach, his sole allegiance and commitment lie with the patient. With over 30 years of experience, he takes great pride in his current surgical practice, especially in managing complex medical cases.
