Good morning It really depends on the issue at hand, what other factors are happening and how well we are coping with it. The tools that we are using to help us feel happier and fulfilled. If we are using all tools and we are still having issues with feeling happier, motivated, sometimes it is recommended to take meds from 6months to 1yr while applying tools that can help us improve our depression. Good morning They can go away as long as you are addressing what is triggering them and how you want to go about them in terms of how it is affecting you. Learning tools to calm us down can be VERY helpful. Learning several tools so that you. can apply them in certain environment depending on where you are. What drugs are used to treat anxiety?
Several. Most commonly used are SSRI and sometimes SNRIs. Such as Celexa, prozac, Zoloft, Venlafaxine, Paxil, Buspar, among others. I recommend that you seek professional help to better assess your needs and better fit. READ MORE
