Graduating with her high school diploma from Plymouth North High School in 2004, Kristen went on to attend the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations in 2008.

Furthering her education, she graduated with both her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine & Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degrees from Pacific College of Health and Science.

A dedicated health & wellness professional, Kristen is trained in tui-na, gua sha, moxibustion and herbal remedies.
